2025 Warragul Riesling 750ml

Fruit grown on two old-vine parcels within the Warragul vineyard, this Riesling from the warm, dry 2025 vintage is a powerful take on the variety. Focused, textural but driven by acid. It's the driest version of this wine since 2021.
It was wild fermented and aged for ten months on lees in a mix of stainless steel and French oak, building both weight and finesse. 
 
In the glass, it’s pale yellow.  lemon sherbet, pineapple and flint on the nose. On the palate the wine has this incredible tension between It's chalky texture and It's powerful acidity. 
 
crunchy and dry, it’s a powerful, modern expression of cool-climate Australian Riesling, given the time that Australian Riesling is rarely afforded.
