2024 Warragul Sauvignon Blanc - Sémillon 750ml

Now in its fifth release and arguably its most complete expression to date, this cuvée comes from the unirrigated, south-facing slopes of the Warragul Vineyard. Fermented and raised in French oak (10% new), with gentle bâtonnage and full malolactic fermentation carried through the spring and summer months, the 2024 vintage reflects a warmer growing season with added breadth and generosity, without compromising the precision that defines this wine.
The nose opens with a layered, aromatic lift: chamomile, lemon oil, wild honey, and green herbs, wrapped in a subtle waxy richness. On the palate, there's a confident push of texture - beeswax, pineapple core, and candied citrus peel, underpinned by a fine, stony minerality that anchors the wine.
Both opulent and taut, this is a white wine of presence and poise, a quiet evolution of style, built on the strength of site and season.
