2025 Willow Grove Pinot Gris 750ml

Grown on the north-facing slopes of the rolling Willow Grove vineyard, this Pinot Gris comes from the warmer, drier 2025 vintage. 
Wild fermented before resting in French oak barrels for ten months.
 
In the glass, it shines pale gold. Aromatically, it opens with white peach, honeysuckle and hazelnut. Layered with hay, ginger, and a whisper of salinity. The palate is glossy, medium bodied, and fresh. with a savoury edge, shaped by extended lees contact and gentle barrel stirring through spring. 
 
Dry and medium-bodied, it’s a Pinot Gris that's layered, quietly rich and confidently restrained. It's my favourite Gris that I've made. Great balance and just delicious.
