2024 Willow Grove Pinot Gris 750ml

Grown on the north-facing slopes of the rolling Willow Grove vineyard, this Pinot Gris is a study in expression and understated complexity. Wild fermented in stainless steel before resting in French oak barrels, it reflects both the purity of site and a gentle hand in the winery.
 
In the glass, it shines pale gold. Aromatically, it opens with white peach, nashi pear and hazelnut, layered with hay, subtle oak spice, and a whisper of salinity. The palate is sleek yet textural, with a glossy mouthfeel and a savoury edge, shaped by extended lees contact and gentle barrel stirring through spring.
 
Dry and medium-bodied, it’s a Pinot Gris thats layered, quietly rich and confidently restrained.
