This year we mucked around with some Nebbiolo from Heathcote. Picked as early as possible to retain freshness, Literally put the whole bunches in a fermenter, left them alone for a few weeks and then pressed them. Aged in a Single old Puncheon. The Wine is lifted and floral, with a suprising amount of complexity and structure.  ONLY 500L Produced
